Wave mounting system

This mounting system is specially designed for PV projects on large flat roofs and for the use of larger solar panels. Assembled, screwless and long-sided clamping are some of the unique features that make this system so suitable for large projects with longer panels.

Flexible and easy installation

With the assembled modules, installing large fields is very easy. Align and fold out the base units, click the high base elements and stabilizers and mount the solar panel, without screws and tools, with the unique panel lock.

Dual configuration (dual)
Single configuration (single)
Large fields (40x40m)

Dual configuration

Dual (East-West), for a balanced energy yield throughout the day

Wave Dual Unit 2P

  • Quick and easy to install with pre-assembled units.
  • Long side and toolless clamping
  • Panel width max. 1150mm
  • Panel length max. 2500mm

Stabilizer

  • Increases the system rigidity for lower ballast needs.
  • Allows fields up to 40 by 40m
  • Designed for easier cable management.

Wind deflectors

  • Ensures optimum aerodynamics on the roof.
  • Reduces ballast needs by 20% in average.
  • Decreases maximum point loads.

Ballast options

  • Multiple option available to match the needs of the roof and project.
  • Ballast bricks can be placed inside the base units.
  • Additional ballast trays and brackets can be used when needed.
(bracket, ballast tray + extended version)
  • Smart ballast calculations in PanelClaw calculator ensure optimum positioning of the ballast in the field.

Single configuration

Single (South) for maximum electricity yield in the afternoon hours

Wave Single Unit

For the single (south) configuration we have assembled base units for 1 panel or for 3 panels.

Rear deflector

  • Ensures optimum aerodynamics on the roof.
  • The rear deflector aerodynamic design improves the performance vs a standard back plate and reduces the ballast by 20% in average.
  • Decreases maximum point loads.

Ballasting options

  • Multiple option available to match the needs of the roof and project.
  • Ballast bricks can be placed inside the base units.
  • Additional ballast trays and brackets can be used when needed. With the single unit we have an additional (besides the options mentioned at dual) perimeter ballast rack for an even more precise distribution of the ballast.
  • Smart ballast calculations in PanelClaw calculator ensure optimum positioning of the ballast in the field.
